My experience with Motor Cars Mitsubishi was deceptive, coercive, and completely unacceptable. I originally purchased a BMW from this dealership for $89,000. After realizing it wasn’t the right vehicle coercive, and completely unacceptable. I originally purchased a BMW from this dealership for $89,000. After realizing it wasn’t the right vehicle for me, Motor Cars Mitsubishi agreed in writing to buy the BMW back for $79,000. I then found a Land Rover at another dealership (Ultimo Motors). Eddie, the manager, agreed Motor Cars Mitsubishi would purchase that vehicle, sell it to me for $93,000, and take my BMW on trade for the agreed $79,000. Those numbers were clear, firm, and never disputed. Then the deal turned ugly. When it came time to finalize financing, Motor Cars Mitsubishi presented an interest rate far higher than what I had already secured on my own. When I said I would use my own financing, I was explicitly told there would be NO DEAL unless I financed through them. That is not just unethical — it is illegal. At that point, they had already locked in the trade, the vehicle, and the transaction structure. I was cornered and pressured into accepting worse financing just to avoid losing the deal. This was not confusion or miscommunication — it was intentional leverage. I have text message documentation involving: Eddie (manager) Mo (sales) Jamel (finance) The messages clearly show the agreed pricing and the pressure to use dealer financing. This dealership profits by pushing customers into bad positions, not by operating transparently or honestly. If you value fair dealing, walk away. If you don’t fully understand your consumer rights, you are putting yourself at serious risk here. I will never return and strongly advise others to shop elsewhere. More
