I’m extremely disappointed with my experience purchasing my Tesla from this dealership. I had the vehicle for only a short time and hadn’t even made my first payment when the vehicle developed a signific my Tesla from this dealership. I had the vehicle for only a short time and hadn’t even made my first payment when the vehicle developed a significant vibration at highway speeds. I immediately took it to a reputable tire shop to have it inspected. I was told the tires have significant wear and severe dry rot, particularly around the edges, and that they need to be replaced. I contacted the dealership expecting them to at least take a look at the vehicle and work with me on the issue. Unfortunately, I was told that they would not be helping because they gave me an “aggressive deal” and the vehicle and tires were sold as-is. I understand that I purchased a used vehicle and that used vehicles can have normal wear and tear. What I find extremely disappointing is that when a serious tire issue becomes apparent almost immediately after purchase, the dealership’s response is essentially that they got me a good enough price, so it’s my problem. I wasn’t asking them to give me a new vehicle or make unreasonable repairs. I was simply hoping they would stand behind the vehicle enough to inspect the issue and work with me on a problem that became apparent almost immediately after the sale. The way this situation has been handled has completely changed my impression of the dealership. A good deal shouldn’t mean that customer service and accountability end the moment the paperwork is signed. I hope the dealership reconsiders and decides to work with me to resolve this. Unfortunately, based on my experience so far, I cannot recommend purchasing a vehicle from them. More
