HAD to give them one star because I could give them negative stars. They wanted to charge me $399 to TROUBLESHOOT a check engine light and a "service backup" assist light and give me estimates for fixi negative stars. They wanted to charge me $399 to TROUBLESHOOT a check engine light and a "service backup" assist light and give me estimates for fixing a seat motor and the rear wiper motor. I thought that was a bit much. I know someone who worked at a dealership, and it is my understanding that there is a set amount that they charge for various repairs - 'by the book' - and I'm supposed to pay them $399 to go read that book and find out what the costs are? I would NEVER go back there again - nor would I recommend this place to anyone! At least they did the recall fix (I hope) for my airbag.... It's like they rip you off by charging so much for the estimate you feel you HAVE to let them do the repairs. Not me. I found a repair shop that would look at the car WITHOUT charging me $400 so I can decide based on their estimate which of the repairs I actually wanted done (which is what I expected from a dealership's service department- not a rip-off). More
