Auto Spa I recently purchased a brand new car from a different Toyota dealership. It's white and it's been about two weeks and needed a car wash. I was scared I recently purchased a brand new car from a different Toyota dealership. It's white and it's been about two weeks and needed a car wash. I was scared to take it anywhere but a dealership to get it washed as I do not have the means to hand wash it myself. Overall the service was great, timely and they installed the all weather floor mats I purchased while waiting for my VIP Executive Wash to finish. Brian was a pleasure to work with and updated me while we were waiting in the lounge area with my child. My only qualms were that they claimed the license plate frames broke in the wash so they replace the previous dealership's frames with their own, that there were a few droplets of blue windshield wash fluid on the tailgate of my vehicle and some water that trickled down the back window after we drove away. My car is still cleaner than before, and I am pleased that my paint job still looks great (no swirls or scratches like I've heard of from other places) so I will still come back for future washes. More

He then was very transparent on the expected wait time (a very busy Saturday), and asked if there was anything he could do to make the experience more convenient for me (water, snacks, a potential ride or shuttle). After finding out that my Vehicle has an active recall notice out, Brian gave me the option of rescheduling, or leaving the truck with the dealership for the day. He assured me that he would give me updates via phone throughout the day on the status of the service. Unfortunately, we weren't able to complete all of the necessary services needed, so Brian called and gave me a rundown of potential reschedule times. Although we didn't get all of the services completed, it was still one of the most convenient and efficient trips to a dealership that I've had. I look forward to working with Brian again for the next appointment! More
Terrible dealership and customer service I gave this dealership such a low rating first off because when I purchased my car new, there were areas on the car door where the paint had been chip I gave this dealership such a low rating first off because when I purchased my car new, there were areas on the car door where the paint had been chipped. I was promised it would get fixed free of charge; however, they never made this process easy and at one point, I was being communicated with via text message. Furthermore, the salesperson who showed me the car the day I bought it did not know what he was talking about. They put on the wrong type of protection I wanted for my car and charged me for it. Instead of door protectors, they mounted the horizontal body protectors. The salesman even texted me inappropriate messages asking me out to a party. Finally, I went to this dealership to get my car serviced and after the service of my vehicle I noticed that I was missing jewelry from my compartment that I take off when I go to the gym. When I moved from California to Texas, I was finally able to get the chipped paint problem fixed by a Texas dealership. When I called Mossy Toyota to let them know I was getting this problem fixed in Texas, asking them to pay for it since it was supposed to be fixed free of charge, they told me they would call me back...nope, never did. The worst customer service and it's a shame I purchased my vehicle from here. I'm embarrassed to have their license plate frame around my license plate. More
