I dont trust a single person on that building. My lease was ending and wanted to get more information about buying out the vehicle. I called and they told me to arrive without an appointment and ask for Rick Silva. At arrival we were taken into his office where Rick and his colleague (presumable a sales man) by the name of Demetrio sat. After explaining our intentions they told us that we were better off buying a new vehicle that holds better value. I continued and explained we liked the vehicle we had and did not want to get another car. This went back and forth for a while until we realized that all these two cared about was up-selling, not helping their customers. T1he WORST part about the experience was Demetrio was holding and pointing his VAPE box back and forth. I thought this was a teenage thing not a middle age professional sales man. We went to Toyota Escondido and had it all fixed. A few weeks later I needed to get my car serviced. Decided to go to Mossy because thats were i have taken my vehicle since I got it. Everything was fine. They charged me $100+ (which i dont mind paying for quality). Exactly one week later I am stranded in parking lot because of a dead battery that should have been checked during the inspection and brought to my attention. At this point I was not mad at Mossy. I was more mad at myself for trusting and giving Mossy my business for years. Horrible Experienceq. Going elsewhere and advice other to do the same. More

I asked Brian if I could have the backup beep on my 2017 Prius modified because of the constant beeping while in reverse was annoying. Brian called over a senior service technician and he asked me if I had purchased the Prius from Mossy TOYOTA and I told him I had. The service technician said then the modification to the reverse beeping would be complementary. I was very impressed with the customer service from Mossy TOYOTA and called a friend today who lives in North County and recommend Mossy TOYOTA to him as I know he is in the market for a RAV4. Thank you. More

Well, today I was in for the complimentary oil change & inspection. My previous oil change took about 90 minutes - but Mossy has a very comfortable customer waiting area. Today I was in & out in 35 minutes - I only had half a cup of coffee and didn't get through my newspaper. The service rep Brian R. apparently was determined to not let me get comfortable in the wait area - kidding. More
