Charles Joaquin, you are a customer none of us will ever forget. Just to clarify, we did NOT choose to purposely damage your vehicle. From the picture you posted, you can see it is not easily seen, so we did not realize it had gotten damaged. Once the damage was spotted, we did in fact take responsibility. We made arrangements for you to have it fixed by Toyota Carlsbad and we covered the bill because it was in fact our fault. It is now fixed and back in your possesion. I'm sorry you feel that way about all of us, but the energy you received from us was mirroring your energy.
