Dale Snow is bar worse person to deal with. Rude as can be. No class. Customer service manager has no clue at all. They didn't even say sorry for what happened and never fixed it to original. They are awful here. GM forget about it he's to busy. They could have made it right but noooo. Dale snow had the call and now I'm going to take them to court. Bunch of idiots. Don't go here at all. Carlsbad is not far and wow the customer service is amazing. Mossy Toyota will never see me there again and I'll never buy there again. Jerks More
The sales experience was very direct and seamless. I got the deal I was looking for. However, post sales is HORRIBLE. I had to reach out myself just to complete the paint protection job (sales person I got the deal I was looking for. However, post sales is HORRIBLE. I had to reach out myself just to complete the paint protection job (sales person never replied to texts) and when I got to the service bay, I had to wait for almost an hour and I got skipped over other (white) individuals. I also tried reaching out multiple times to confirm my prepaid maintenance extension and so far, I haven't heard back from anyone. It's quite disappointing given how well the sales experience went. Been here twice and both experiences were not good. First time I had my car serviced for a loose gas cap took about 8 hours for them to fix, was late to pick up my kids from school. This last time I went there, I went in for a regular oil change and tire rotation. Dropped my car off at 1030 and it wasn’t done till almost 3 pm! I was about to drive home on the freeway and the steering wheel was shaking uncontrollably and my tire was was wobbling. I had to turn around and have them fix it, at this point I’m already late to pick up my kids from school. When they looked at my wheel they made some excuse about how they didn’t know how to rotate a wheel on after market wheels. I’ve taken my car to vavoline and mossy Honda, they never had that issue. So after they “fixed” it they handed me a piece of plastic saying that I needed to get a new wheel. I NEVER even had any issue with my wheel prior to this oil change. I know there are human errors but this was a real bad error, this little accident could’ve costed me my car and life. By the time I left it was 415, that’s almost SIX hours just for a simple maintenance. Vavoline 20 min, Mossy Honda 1 hour. I am beyond upset about how much you wasted my time and the xxxxxxxx you try to tell me instead. For you tell me that I need to buy one new wheel because your guys done know how to bolt a wheel on is so messed up. I do not need to buy a new wheel because of your mistake. You need to fix this issue. Unbelievable. A EXTREMELY dissatisfied customer. More

DO NOT GO HERE - WILL OVERCHARGE & MISINFORM YOU I recently went to Mossy Toyota for what I thought would be a simple oil change as I had just moved into the area. Boy was I wrong, they must have see I recently went to Mossy Toyota for what I thought would be a simple oil change as I had just moved into the area. Boy was I wrong, they must have seen me coming and all they saw was dollar signs. Not only was my technician rude, but he told me to email him with any questions. If you work in customer service - you should at least know how to talk to people. They I was TEXTED that they would need to check my car for a clunking sound and that it would be over $100. I then had to call and wait on hold to speak to Kevin, who said the technician driving my car heard loud clunking sounds that were of high priority to be fixed. I noted that my struts sometimes made sounds and he said it was clunking. I agreed to this service thinking it was something serious, when I was then TEXTED to be informed that I needed to pay close to $1,5000 to fix my struts!!!! From there I had to call and wait on hold again to speak to Kevin -who informed me that there was no problem with my struts other than it made sounds. When I went to pick up my car they tried to OVERCHARGE ME and did not actually do anything other than an oil change for over over a $200 bill. I WILL NEVER GO BACK and I URGE OTHERS NOT TO GO!!! More

Friendly car rental staff and comfortable, clean waiting area with good coffee. We are confident in Mossy Toyota's Service Department, they exceeded our expectations, all around great car service experience! More

I have a problem with the quality of work performed and charges for work not accomplished. I was led to believe fluids were topped off using , Avalon Super Long Life Coolant (Pink), Quantity 2 $43.78, Labor 56.00 Hazwaste Disposal: $10.00 Brake fluid was still at the Low mark. Upon visual check at my residence I discovered the above was not accomplished. Hence I paid $187.61 for partial maintenance missed my VA Hospital Appointment I am extremely unsatisfied with the whole situation and require amends as soon aspossible. With behavior as these “Brand” and reputation is at risk. More
