This was the smoothest auto purchase transaction we've ever experienced!!! Fareed was an excellent salesman. My husaband and I had a LOT of questions for him when we first came to Mossy to look at the 2010 Prius. Fareed was very knowledgeable about the Prius and we appreciated that. Because of the answers he gave us to our endless list of questions, we were "sold" on the idea of purchasing the model 4. We were close to making a deal on that first visit (and spent well over 2 hours with Fareed), but had some hesitations and wanted to think it over. Since Mossy also didn't have any Prius models in the color we preferred, we asked Fareed to call us when this model & preferred color came in. Fareed was very patient with us and never came close to pressuring us to purchase a Prius on that first visit (despite the time he spent with us). We really felt comfortable dealing with Fareed. When "the right one" arrived in the next shipment, Fareed promptly called us. Since my husband couldn't leave his business to come right down to Mossy, Fareed managed to get whatever paperwork completed with me before he arrived. Every bit of the sale went smoothly - thanks to the way Fareed AND also Greg, the credit manager (?) in the office upstairs handled things. I was undecided what car I wanted to purchase when I first arrived so Mike Hartoutunian walked me upstairs and showed me all the vehicles I asked to see. He was knowledgeable, helpful and to my delight not pushy at all. I had questions about the cars for clunkers program and he readily answered them. He gave me his name and number and we left. I returned a few days later after deciding on a Toyota Sienna. He remembered me and was diligent in getting me everything I asked for in regards to my vehicle. Mike was thorough with the paperwork, personable and walked me through the entire process of buying a new car. He even brought me dinner from Rubios while I was waiting for the finance department. I moved from San Diego to Vegas and needed to purchase the car over the phone with them great customer service from Fareed Roshandell and the staff. He over-nighted the paperwork to me, which I sent back to him the next day (prepaid) and completed the deal. The car was picked up on a Saturday afternoon and dropped off at my home on the following Monday morning (two days later). Thank you Fareed! More
