Customer for life! I was having some issues with my car and brought it into the services dept to get it checked out. Darren was awesome and was able to find out the issu I was having some issues with my car and brought it into the services dept to get it checked out. Darren was awesome and was able to find out the issue with my 08 Sentra. Unfortunately the cost of repair exceeded what I was expecting and decided to see about getting into a new car instead. Darren referred me to Joey, in the sales dept. I'm assuming Joey is his go to guy and I can see why. Joey started off with finding out the issue I was having with my vehicle and knowing that cost was a deciding factor on my decision he helped narrow down a couple of different cars. Since I had a Sentra, he showed me one of those and an Altima. I decided to drive both to make a comparison. I decided to see what they were able to do on an Altima since it had a bit more room and power than what I was used to. Once we narrowed down an Altima for me, George and Brandon, the sales and finance managers, gave me a couple of different options that would work with my budget. I ended up going home with a 2016 Nissan Altima SR. All of the staff are very friendly and seemed customer service oriented. I'm not too sure why car dealerships get a bad wrap when they have people like Joey in the business. He took the time to get to know me and understand my needs, which is rare in this industry. They have a customer for life! More

I chose Poway Nissan to start my search and luckily, it was also the end of my search. Was approached by Joey C. and immediately was at ease by his unassuming attitude and friendliness. I appreciate that approach because like most, i was already on the defensive. He showed me several vehicles (I only needed a commuter car). We test drove the Nissan Altima and he knew that car like the back of his hand (even the options). I'm still deciding which Nissan to purchase at the moment but would recommend Joey C at Poway Nissan if you want superior, no hassle, service. Seriously, I was that impressed! More

Fraudulent My wife's car was totaled so we had to replace it. We stopped by Mossy Nissan Poway to do some test driving. At the time we were not sure how much we qualified for through California Coast Credit Union because we financed with them before and were very happy. Upon discussion of this with the salesman he stated that Cal Coast was one of their preferred lenders. So considering that we decided to run the numbers through them. THE FACT THAT THEY COULD FINANCE THROUGH CALIFORNIA COAST WAS THE ONLY REASON WE BOUGHT THE CAR THAT DAY. After discussing this point with the salesman and the manager THEY SOLD THE LOAN TO WELLS FARGO. After finding this out too late for them to fix it, I guess they already got payed that nice sum of money from Wells Fargo, I talked to California Coast and found out that Wells Fargo pays a lot more for the loans than they do. I then tried to get another key made, since our car only came with one and a new one was $200. I figured it was the least they could do since they promised one thing then did another so they could make more money. But that took about 2 weeks with the manager blowing me off saying he would see what he could do and he would call me back and never would. Eventually I went above his head to try and get the second key free and that guy xx'd me like non-other. When I explained the situation he told me, without knowing my wife's credit score, that she did not qualify for California Coast. He then pulled up a PDF on his computer, which is the equivalent of pulling a piece of paper out of his pocket, and pointed to the 500 - 600 credit score are that showed the interest rate we got and said that that is where she qualified. My wife's credit score is around 750. In the end he finally gave me a key which should have been with the car in the first place. Despite how terrible, shady, and manipulative the salesmen were I would still recommend it because Nissan makes a good car and we were happy with the price. So there are great deals just go prepared and make sure you get what you want. More
Went in for a 52,500 mile inspection, meaning basic oil change, tire rotation, 30 point inspection. Service was quick, about 1.5hrs as expected. Upon arrival to pick up my truck. I noticed some new scratch change, tire rotation, 30 point inspection. Service was quick, about 1.5hrs as expected. Upon arrival to pick up my truck. I noticed some new scratches, 3 to be exact above my tire around the wheel base. I love my truck, I've had it only a month and a half and wash it, clean the tires and clean in the inside once a week. Two days prior to be exact I did just that. These scratches must have been done when rotating my tires. I informed the service clerk, she was doubtful it was their doing but did the right thing by taking my truck back to detail and having the scratches buffed out. When the truck came back I was actually impressed how well the buffing did, still upset though for the scratches in general. Once my truck arrived back to me again I then noticed my center cap on the rear tires rim was missing. I brought this to their attention and went back into the garage and possibly back into detail and "looked" for it. Came back and said nothing. The female clerk(forgot her name) insisted I came with it missing, then brought her manager into the discussion and he immediately refuted what I said, basically calling me a liar and insisted that my truck arrived like that. This is a complete fabrication, this missing center cap is noticeable from 50ft away, I would have noticed it walking to my truck in the morning getting into it. It's that noticeable because my rims are the first thing that stands out on my truck, they are 22's. I was getting nowhere with the staff and they started to become very assertive and rude where I had no choice to leave, they clearly didn't care. After I got home, I called the GM(General Manager) and of course he didn't answer so I left a message. I have not received any phone calls back from him and I find this to be very poor customer service on his part. More
I bought my 2008 Nissan Rogue in 2010 and I am absolutely inlove with it. Everytime I bring her in the service department is extrememly helpful and always very polite. Travis Winn- one of the technicians there went over and beyond and found out what was wrong with my car when three other places told me that could not find the source of the noise.
