I came in the dealership thinking I was going to be taken advantage of because I'm a young female, but I was totally wrong. Well I purchased a chevy silverado from mossy and the experience was outstanding, from my salesman to the finance manger they got me where i wanted to be with my note and made me feel like i was a part o experience was outstanding, from my salesman to the finance manger they got me where i wanted to be with my note and made me feel like i was a part of their family with the advice given on my purchase. A few months later my wife purchased a bmw and same thing nothing but professionalism and such a smooth buying process. Love this dealership would recommend to anyone. These are people that actually care about you and your vehicle. More

I bought 2 vehicles from Mossy Motors 8/11. A 2021 Yukon XL and a 2023 GMC Sierra. Even paid cash for Yukon. I was promised that they would provide a second key for the Yukon XL we bought from A 2021 Yukon XL and a 2023 GMC Sierra. Even paid cash for Yukon. I was promised that they would provide a second key for the Yukon XL we bought from our sales rep Seth. He needed to get the key from the previous owner. 2 weeks later, I have no key and now Seth is not responding and I have came by the dealership like I was asked to pick up the key and it was still not there. Also come to find out the Yukon XL they sold me still had a lien on the title when they sold it to me which is illegal. Now I have a Yukon XL that I paid for in full with a cashier's check that I cant register in my home state or drive because it is illegal in Ms to not register your car within 7 days of purchase. Do not deal with this dealership as they have shady practices and like to add-on 2k in fees for vehicles on things you don't need that have inflated cost to improve thier margins. I will be filing a complaint with the lousiana department of motor vehicle about the selling of a vehicle that still has a lien on. That is illegal. Do not deal with these people. Very Shady. I have bought a lot of vehicles from out of the state and this has been by far my worst experience. More

Was shopping online and set up an appointment for the next day to test drive a car. I was assured the car I was interested in was on the lot and available. I left early the next morning to make our appoi next day to test drive a car. I was assured the car I was interested in was on the lot and available. I left early the next morning to make our appointment and got a call from the dealer confirming our appointment. I confirmed it and told him I was on my way. 15 minutes later he called back and said they had already sold the car I was coming to see. This was very disappointing since they confirmed the car was there and available before we set up the appointment time. The bottom line is I do not feel I can trust what they tell me. More

I scheduled an appoi Buyer Beware!!!! SAVE YOUR TIME & YOUR MONEY I purchased a 2015 Dodge Durango (a lemon) from this dealership on July 21st. I scheduled an appointment to test drive the vehicle. I drove from Pascagoula, MS under the impression that the cosmetic damage was fixed. It is only right to assume that I was lied to in order to get me there, because there’s a review on this page stating a similar experience. When I arrived to test drive the vehicle I immediately noticed the damage. Eric, the salesman I spoke with over the phone, told me he thought I was calling about a Ram although I specifically said a BLACK 2015 DODGE DURANGO that is showing cosmetic damage on front bumper on the CarFax report. The sales manager, Kirk, promised to fix the bumper and to touch up anything else on the vehicle. I made him aware of the tail light having a small crack in it. He stated that the crack was nothing to worry about because water wouldn’t get in it. That turned out to be a lie! It rained the very next day and the light filled up with water! When I took my vehicle back (keep in mind that I live in Mississippi) to have the damage fixed I was assured that it would be completed in 2 days. Well 2 days actually turned into 9! I was patient due to the weather conditions and still holding onto hope that I vehicle that I paid over $10k cash for would be in excellent condition once the dealership was done with everything. I was wrong again!!! Not only did they have my truck for a total of 9 days, but they simply spray painted (no exaggeration) over the cosmetic damage! The scrapes and scratches were still very very noticeable!The tail light still had water in it! After bringing this to their attention I was told that the service guy replaced only the cracked side. That made zero sense if both sides had water in them! A nice salesman by the name of Keenan offered to take my truck back to service and to have them “fix” the light. Couldn’t get any worse right? Think again...the truck is actually a lemon. It is stalling after only 2 weeks of having it and the check engine light has miraculously came on. I now will have to wait until next week before the Dodge dealership in my area can service it. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. THESE GUYS ARE CROOKS! I believe they have some nice vehicles but they also have lemons and will not hesitate to take your money for one. More
