Do not use this dealership! Once the deal is made and you are out the door. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU AT ALL. This was my experience. Alex was nice when I was there. Frank the manager made it seem like he cared, told me he would "make it right". Said he would check on something for me and call me back in 10 minutes. NO CALL. Said he would fix all that needed fixing the next day and come in early to help me. No call, no follow up. I am beyond disappointed being a loyal honda driver since 1999. I even went out of my way to come to this particular Honda Dealership. My advice. STAY AWAY. More
