Please save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else. My husband and I were in the market for a new car and have always had Hondas so we decided to test it out at this location. We just moved to the area and saw there was a dealership nearby with great reviews. Those reviews must all be from the staff writing it about themselves because this was the worst experience we’ve ever had. After not being helped for close to 20 minutes, we were finally approached by someone about us having any questions. The salesmen were all very pushy, one in particular, Pedro, was incredibly rude. He would completely disregard our questions, would walk away every once in a while to talk to another staff member and laugh which seemed very immature and frankly unprofessional. He was very condescending in his tone with my husband and only was interested in showing us the most expensive options that were the exact opposite of what we wanted. He was unwilling to even try to help negotiate costs and was in some sort of hurry because they kept trying to get a deposit out of my husband. We were there around lunch time so maybe they were in a hurry to go eat. We didn’t get a car that day. We left feeling overwhelmed and disappointed. Please go somewhere and save yourself the trouble. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Super pushy dealership. It seemed like Alberto just wanted a deposit from us and when we came to retract our deposit, he ignored us, walking past eve Super pushy dealership. If it wasn’t for him we would’ve never been helped. Take your business elsewhere, they obviously just want your money. They quoted me 38k for a civic sport while other dealerships quoted 30k which is laughable. More

Our experience with Pedro and Omar was excellent. Our questions were answered and Pedro worked especially hard to find the car we were looking for.
