Shady salesman by the name of Pedro was unwilling to negotiate and spoke in a condescending tone as if I didn’t know what I was doing there. Horrible service with unprofessional, ill-equipped, sleazy staff. They are scammers and will try to up-sell you on their already sorry variety of inventory of cars they do possess. If you’re a young woman, ask for someone else to assist you because his actions and perverted jokes put a sour taste in my mouth that made me uncomfortable to have brought my family with me to find a new car for us. He’s obviously younger and acts like a teenager himself. The entire experience was very off-putting. This dealership should really upgrade their staff with actual professionals. Go to a different dealership. This place is garbage and their staff is immoral on multiple fronts. More

Please save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else. My husband and I were in the market for a new car and have always had Hondas so we decided to test it out at this location. Those reviews must all be from the staff writing it about themselves because this was the worst experience we’ve ever had. After not being helped for close to 20 minutes, we were finally approached by someone about us having any questions. The salesmen were all very pushy, one in particular, Pedro, was incredibly rude. He would completely disregard our questions, would walk away every once in a while to talk to another staff member and laugh which seemed very immature and frankly unprofessional. He was very condescending in his tone with my husband and only was interested in showing us the most expensive options that were the exact opposite of what we wanted. He was unwilling to even try to help negotiate costs and was in some sort of hurry because they kept trying to get a deposit out of my husband. We were there around lunch time so maybe they were in a hurry to go eat. We didn’t get a car that day. We left feeling overwhelmed and disappointed. Please go somewhere and save yourself the trouble.
