Manager Brandon gave excuses and when I explained this was bordering on racism and gender discrimination he asked me to leave. Really odd to tell a customer they aren’t allowed to be helped because you stated the behavior matched racism and discrimination. Almost further validated the claim. Also the wait times are ridiculously long and then do the job correctly. Last two times they had to take it back in due to their errors. They talk to you like you are stupid and always find a way be to make an excuse for their mistakes. Go to another dealer to avoid gender discrimination and race discrimination. More

Worst experience trying to get a new car for my spouse. There were hardly any cars in the lot and the ones that were available were completely overpriced. There were much better deals on Carmax once I decided to check the website out. At the dealership, I worked with a salesman named Pedro, who was unwilling to negotiate with me on price. All he wanted to do was run my credit, and when I was apprehensive about it, he spoke to me with an insolent tone in his voice and tried to pawn me off to someone else to work with because he probably knew that I wasn’t going to be making a purchase that day. I would not recommend this dealship to anyone who is looking for the best option when trying to purchase a car. My advise would be to go online and check carmax first. Much better deals and way better customer service. And that says a lot considering that I thought going into the dealership would be better, but not when the salesmen only care about getting the highest commission and not about their customers such as the encounter I had today. If you’re a young woman, ask for someone else to assist you because his actions and perverted jokes put a sour taste in my mouth that made me uncomfortable to have brought my family with me to find a new car for us. He’s obviously younger and acts like a teenager himself. The entire experience was very off-putting. This dealership should really upgrade their staff with actual professionals.
