Two years later I wanted to up I used to go to Pacific Honda for maintenance because that is where I bought my first CRV, and it was always crowded. Two years later I wanted to upgrade my CRV, so I decided to try Mossy Honda because it is actually closer to me, and I can’t believe the difference! It is never too crowded, and the staff are truly amazing!! They are so personable and they really make the customer feel taken care of. I wish I hadn’t wasted two years driving all the way to Pacific Honda. More

The sales department advertised a internet special price but with all of the additional packages and TTL, the final sale price came out to be significantly greater. There were also long periods where I was left waiting the the staff to get the car ready and generate the financing package. I wanted to return my rental during this time but the staff had me stay put for some reason. Overall, I’m satisfied with my new car, but I sensed a lack of transparency when it came to negotiating the final price. More
