I traded my truck for a decent price I wasn’t complaining. I could but I didn’t. Everything was fine until it came to getting the title and paperwork. I have them my old title that clearly stated complaining. I could but I didn’t. Everything was fine until it came to getting the title and paperwork. I have them my old title that clearly stated that I owned it free and clear. That wasn’t enough for them. I had to give them paperwork from my previous lien holder that I owned it free and clear. I had it to them within a couple days. They come back a week later asking for the same paperwork. They didn’t out right say it but they clearly lost it. Luckily I only gave them a copy so I was able to get them another copy. Another thing, when I was buying the car I stated I needed my handicap plates transferred over. They couldn’t keep them because the handicap is registered under me. They had all the paperwork to transfer it over, theoretically. Two or three weeks went by and I get regular plates in the mail. So I asked the guy that sold it to me what happened. He said he would check in on it and let me know. An entire month went by with no update. I call again and said I’d have to come in to sign some paperwork. Didn’t make sense because it should have been handled with my original packet. But I came in anyway and they show me a “Special interest license plate” document. I asked them what that was about and they said they don’t transfer over license plates because it’s a hassle and it would be a favor from them for doing it. I asked why it wasn’t done the first time they said they didn’t do it anymore and this is a favor. Emphasis on favor. I walked out without signing because nothing on that piece of paper said handicap and I didn’t want them sending me another f*** up license plate. So now I have to go out of my way to go to the DMV to register it correctly. And lose out on +$400 because they filed my plates wrong. I would give negative if I could. Do. Not. Go. Here. More

I have leased three cars with Mossy Honda Lemon Grove, each with an increasingly worse experience; after the most recent one I will never buy or lease a car with them, much less Mossy (if this is how they each with an increasingly worse experience; after the most recent one I will never buy or lease a car with them, much less Mossy (if this is how they choose to operate their dealers) again. I was very clear with the horrible salesman, Evan, that my husband nor myself would be coming into the dealership and wasting hours of my time without having the terms in writing, via email or otherwise. Every dang time I go into the dealer I'm there for hours. Although he still kept pushing for me to come in and ensuring me they could make it work, I was adamant. After days of horrible response times, I was told they could meet my payment and out of pocket down - I even CONFIRMED via text before my husband came in. He sat with someone else, not Evan, but of course, as suspected, they could not make the numbers work despite having every piece of information they needed, in advance. And they weren't even close; so far off it's laughable. I'm not angry with the lack of a sale, I'm angry that I was lied to and deceived just to get me in the dealership. Do people really fall for this crap? If you can't do it, just say you can't do and save us all the time - why say you can do something that you so clearly can't? I reached out to the GM, no response, which I think says it all. Furthermore, with my second lease I was outright lied to and told that someone on their lot hit the car they promised me and they couldn't sell it to me. Truth was, they showed me photos of the wrong trim level car and were trying to get out of it. When I called them out and hung up, I got a call back from someone higher up and they honored the deal, that was the only saving grace. I have not had the same luck this go-round. I know it's a car dealership and this should be expected, but any company that lies to get what they want or make a sale is disgusting. I've purchased and leased many cars and while the process is generally far from enjoyable, it's never been like this. More
They speak to and treat poorly women here! White bald old man thought be could be rude, and not answer questions asked of him by prentending they don’t have rentals. When I walked around him a White bald old man thought be could be rude, and not answer questions asked of him by prentending they don’t have rentals. When I walked around him asked for a manager he began to complain and tell me I’m ridiculous. (How kind, right?!) Manager Brandon gave excuses and when I explained this was bordering on racism and gender discrimination he asked me to leave. Really odd to tell a customer they aren’t allowed to be helped because you stated the behavior matched racism and discrimination. Almost further validated the claim. Also the wait times are ridiculously long and then do the job correctly. Last two times they had to take it back in due to their errors. They talk to you like you are stupid and always find a way be to make an excuse for their mistakes. Go to another dealer to avoid gender discrimination and race discrimination. More
Worst dealership I’ve ever worked with, no inventory, the car that I did buy started having issues with oil retention 2 months after and they still have not fixed the issue, I felt pressured and hurried to m car that I did buy started having issues with oil retention 2 months after and they still have not fixed the issue, I felt pressured and hurried to make a decision, absolutely will never buy another car here again. The worst customer service and they didn’t even complete the work after I took the car in to be fixed for another issue. More

There were much better deals on Carmax once I decided to check the website out. At the dealership, I worked with a salesman named Pedro, who was unwilling to negotiate with me on price. All he wanted to do was run my credit, and when I was apprehensive about it, he spoke to me with an insolent tone in his voice and tried to pawn me off to someone else to work with because he probably knew that I wasn’t going to be making a purchase that day. I would not recommend this dealship to anyone who is looking for the best option when trying to purchase a car. My advise would be to go online and check carmax first. Much better deals and way better customer service. And that says a lot considering that I thought going into the dealership would be better, but not when the salesmen only care about getting the highest commission and not about their customers such as the encounter I had today. Good luck if you come here, you’re going to need it. More
Shady salesman by the name of Pedro was unwilling to negotiate and spoke in a condescending tone as if I didn’t know what I was doing there. He tried steering me to a vehicle I did not want and was very negotiate and spoke in a condescending tone as if I didn’t know what I was doing there. He tried steering me to a vehicle I did not want and was very disrespectful. I even tried speaking to a higher up to see if they would help and coincidentally everyone was occupied. No one wanted to help. Find another dealership if you actually want good customer service. More
