Horrible wait times I stopped by on a Friday afternoon to have oil changed in my car. I was told the wait would be about 1.5- 2 hours because it was lunchtime and I didn’ I stopped by on a Friday afternoon to have oil changed in my car. I was told the wait would be about 1.5- 2 hours because it was lunchtime and I didn’t have an appointment. I decided to make an appointment for the following Friday morning- first appointment so that there would be no delays, and I was told the wait would be about 45 minutes. The day of my appointment came- I walked in to check my car in. The service writer was with another customer checking in her car. There was another employee with headphones in. My prescence was not acknowledged for close to 5 minutes. I didn’t expect for an employee to stop with their current customer - but a simple- “Good morning, we’ll be with you soon” would have gone a long way. I checked my car in 15 minutes early and it still took 1 hr 25 minutes for my car to be done from my appointment time! There were no apologies for any delay- not a word. i should have just stayed the previous week and I would not have missed any additional work! More
