poor customer service experience finance department I bought a 2018 honda accord, got a very good price from mossyhlg, mike aldaaod and kevin polzer were very professional during sales experience. When I agreed on the price, my paperwork was given to Tony Nguyen. He took 45 minutes to meet with me, he was in his office on the phone talking to people for extended amount of time, i even saw him spending time on his phone more, may be videogames, etc. When we went into his office, the first thing I noticed was is unprofessional attitude. My friend even asked him, "are you happy working here?", he replied "I am sorry If I showed some attitude". But then he reports it will take 25-60 minutes to complete rest of paperwork. I gave him the check for the amount of the car (bought with cash), and asked if i could grab something for me, wife and the kids (1:30 pm) and be back in 30 mins until he finishes the paperwork and this guy flipped showing his real colors. His tone of voice was rude, body language was inappropriate and just condecending. This raised both our voices, the Talha Mahmoud-department manager intervened defending him for his laziness. Mr Mahmoud played a very cheap trick, "oh we need to wait until the personal check is cleared before he can drive the car". I threatened to walk out if I am not driving car out that day and in 10 seconds he changed "I will make an exception". Then lazy Tony suddenly became efficient and all the paperwork that was needing 25-60 mins was done in 15 mins total. Tony and Talha killed the fun of buying a new car. It is not worth spoiling your exciting time at Mossy honda Lemon groove when you have to deal with people like Tony and Talha. I am happy with the car, but bad overall experience!! More

I got tricked with all the numbers. Dishonest!
