Last week I walked in to see what to do as my lease was about to expire and used to the regular dealership experience prepared to walk out! I told them what I could afford on payment and a couple hours later I walked out with a deluxe SUV! The gentleman who did my finance 3 years ago remembered me and my situation 3 years later, the sales representative was courteous, professional and knew his job! I’m very happy, it’s been years since I’ve had a vehicle that is not the standard or basic model, having all the thrills and perks on this vehicle is great and the security of a good reliable vehicle is great! On the road in less than half an hour!! My gear shifter knob fell off of my 2 year old Honda . Without a way to take it out of drive, and with the engine off, I couldn't drive it. I called and made arrangements to have it towed to Mossy Honda in Lemon Grove and arranged to have a rental so I could get to work the next day. The tow truck and I arrived at 5 minutes before closing. When the service advisor heard what was wrong, he said it could be fixed quickly and I wouldn't even need a rental. One of the techs stayed late to fix it and I was back on the road in my own car by 630 that night. GREAT service!!! Thank you Mossy Honda, a knowledgeable service advisor, and a tech who was willing to go the extra mile. More
