The service here was amazing. Everyone had a great personality and worked with me on everything I needed. I was in a rush and they diligently worked to get me and my wife in and out in less than 3 hou personality and worked with me on everything I needed. Very bad place to go to . First time I got my oil change done they offered a free car wash which I declined to but they did it anyways whatever figured it’s no big deal. I had went back to let them know at the time my advisor asked if I come back agian when the manager was there , of course I couldn’t make a double trip so I didn’t and was offered a comp for my next oil change . RED FLAG 🚩 I should have known not to go back agian . Anyways I did and this time got tire rotation as well . my oil change wasn’t free instead the rotation was “free “ no big deal it was discounted though so fine. As I’m leaving my tire pressure light comes on the dash I couldn’t go back because I was already late to work from the “one hour service” that was promised on my car (two hours later) so I go back next day and the service tech said it should be more of a computer resetting problem instead another guy comes out to say it’s a nail causing a slow leak in my tire . Wait ? Shouldn’t that have been caught when the tire rotation was done ??? I asked for the supervisor and he was great pulled out the worlds tiniest screw that didn’t puncture my tire and told me I didn’t have a leak . They tried to scam me into getting a new tire on my 8 month old car DO NOT SERVICE YOURE CAR HERE More

They re APPALLING SERVICE DEPT & CUSTOMER SERVICE! "Helpful Honda" my xxx. Bought a 2019 Fit from these guys & the side view mirror casing fell off. They refused to replace it - despite having a bumper-to-bumper warranty - trying to say that this is not covered because it is on the exterior of the car. I made multiple calls to Jess (the only girl in the service dept), who told me to bring the car on Sat @ 1pm & she will have someone look at it to determine if it would be covered. I show up there, as requested, & she gets a deer in the headlights look, acting like we never talked! She then declines to assist me, passing the buck to sales. I talk with the sales mgr & he refuses to honor the warranty saying that it won't be covered because it is not supposed to fall off! Really?? That's exactly why it SHOULD be covered - because it fell off when it wasn't supposed to! I, sadly, had already referred a friend to Mossy & he bought a 2019 Fit from them too. Despite my telling them this, the sales mgr said "Tell that to the service dept. Maybe they'll give you a discount." I said I don't want a discount. I want this defective item replaced for free per warranty. He refused. Needless to say, Mossy has now lost 2 customers, because I told my friend, and neither of us will ever be bringing our cars to them again. And we will never recommend Mossy to anybody. More

So I call Mossy Honda set up an appointment on a recall. Go in 15 minutes before the appointment time and immediately I'm greeted with a smile and extremely respectful Service Advisor, T.J.. Breezed through the set up and told me about 1 hour. I was skeptical. 1 hour pops up and I'm good to go. I was stunned because currently I'm dealing with a Dodge Dealership going through frustration. I'm so neglected that I feel like a ghost. But after dealing with Mossy Honda, I'm sold. My Honda needs will always be handled by Mossy Honda. My Sis also has a Honda and was in disbelief at the courtesy I impressed upon her. She's definitely going to use Mossy Honda. Review a bit lengthy ? I'm just happy I find a real sincere dealership that displays the utmost professionalism. I'll definitely be back for any of my needs. Thanks Mossy Honda. You guys are the best ! More

Dealer was not upfront on Went to the dealer because they had agreed to a price and a deal on a car. I was told the car I wanted and the color I wanted would be available. Once I arrived the color was not available, and tried to sell me a car off the lot. However, they tried to get me to pay more for the car arguing that if I wanted to color they would have to do a dealer trade and it would have more options. So I agreed to buy a car off the lot, then they wanted to upcharge me for the car on the lot with some B.S. to which I did not agree. I have a lease that is almost up and another dealer agreed to make my last payment, Mossy brought me in on the premise that they wanted to buy my lease. After they wanted to get me on the price of the car, they tried to get me on the lease. They claimed that I would have to do many repairs and Honda would charge me for returning the car (I had already done the inspection and there were about $500 worth of repairs which were included in the damage waiver, no money out of my pocket) The "General Manager" tried to convince me this was not the case and I was going to go over my miles, which was also a lie as I had about 2000 miles left, and even if I was close I would stop using the car. Finally, the price they agreed to would not let me take the promotional rate from Honda, so they wanted me to pay $350 more than we had agreed on (either by taking a higher interest rate or pay $350 more for the car). I told them I already had a deal set up with two other dealers, to which they tried badmouth the other dealers, don't tell me how bad they are show me how good your dealership is by honoring your agreement, and respect my time. Need less to say I ended up walking out the door, and bought the HRV at another dealership (in Chula Vista) because they honored the deal we agreed upon via email. Do not shop at this dealership!!! More
