It was a great experience. My oil change was done in a timely manner and customer service guy Chuck was very professional. I’ve been going to this location for about 5 years & this was the best Complement timely manner and customer service guy Chuck was very professional. I’ve been going to this location for about 5 years & this was the best Complementary car wash. Another plus was that I was able to have my tires rotated. I was always denied tire rotation because of the rims. Honestly my visit prior to this was not so great so I almost went somewhere else but thought I will give it a try one more time. Glad I did! I went in for a recall. They were quick, polite, and professional. I got a free rental car for the day as well. Pros: Like the friendly staff, they automatically wash car without asking, and that they have an Express Appointment line. Cons: Took at least 10 mins for someone to greet us while waiting in Express l car without asking, and that they have an Express Appointment line.
