Good customer service My Pilot was due for maintenance and took it Mossy Honda for service. The oil change and filter were replaced as requested. My service advisor updated me on the service progress and answered all my questions. The only reason I do not give 5 starts is that, when I got home, I checked my car and noticed a couple of screws missing on the air filter cover. I tried contacting the service advisor and have not had any luck yet. The service also took about 2 hours but I understand it could be due to Covid-19. More
