I bought my 2018 Honda Accord at Mossy Honda last year. I am very pleased with their customer service yesterday for my vehicle maintenance. I went in to Honda for an oil change and George the guy helping me recommended a break fluid exchange to prevent “sponge “ like breaks. I agreed and expected for nothing of what happened to happen. I left helping me recommended a break fluid exchange to prevent “sponge “ like breaks. I agreed and expected for nothing of what happened to happen. I left the parking lot after paying $230 for the services provided. Two streets away around 3 minutes after leaving the lot. My breaks felt like sponges and weren’t working. I had to use my emergency breaks to be able to stop. Thankfully I did not get into the freeway without breaks or it could have gone terribly wrong. When I called George to let him know he seemed confused and just got me a tow truck that took a round an hour and a half to arrive therefore I lost my entire day of work. Once I got my car back into the dealership is stayed there the entire day without anyone giving me any updates about what was going on with my car. Once I called him he said my car was ready I drove down once again and asked him what had happened and he did not want to admit their mistake and simply told me my car was fixed and wasn’t going to be charged for it. For which I assumed because why would I pay for something they messed up. To this day George never accepted their mistake and never told me what really happened. After I left the lot for the second time and got home. My tire pressure light came on and the oil change light came on too. I went back and finally was able to talk to Garry I believe a manager to he finally talked to me and finally someone apologized and told me what happened and fixed and checked my car. The gag and the reason why I’m writing this review and hopefully someone sees it is I was about lo leave the lot for the THIRD time in one day after going there for an OILCHANGE and George approached my car and asked me to not write a review after the first time I went he kissed my xxx to write him a review with all fives and told me to not write a review at all after he did not apologize and did not validate our worries about my car not having working breaks after my oil change he wanted my to do something for him. He offered me credit for Honda and obviously I will never be going back to Honda for a service ever again. Especiathw one in lemon grove. I’m still waiting and expecting a full refund More
