Excellent service ! Dropped off my car early morning and was provided a Lyft home and back so I wouldn’t have to wait around. Car was nice and clean when picked up. The service done for my car exceeded my expectations. I went in for my normal oil change, but Leoncio managed to help me with an issue I’ve mentioned before. Once I let Leo know what was going on with m went in for my normal oil change, but Leoncio managed to help me with an issue I’ve mentioned before. Once I let Leo know what was going on with my car, he went above and beyond what was asked. I was having issues with my air conditioning and I had mentioned this prior times before. Leo managed to see that there might be a recall for the issue and placed it in my service. Leo kept me up to date by calling and letting me know the car was done. To my surprise, there was an existing recall for the condenser and was covered by the warranty. I not only had an oil change and other required maintenance, but I got my air conditioner fixed. More

He showed me excellent customer servic BEWARE OF DISHONESTY AND UNPROFESSIONALISM !!! I tested drove a Honda CR-V 2011 with Alex on November 9, 2020. He showed me excellent customer service. I fell in love with the car instantly one owner, under 100,000 miles, immaculate interior. All boxes were checked for me. After the test drive, I told Alex I had my own financing and wanted to start the process of purchasing the vehicle. I also explained that the car would need to be inspected by my mechanic before financing because the bank required it. Alex was new at Mossy Honda Lemon Grove so he seeks help from a sales consultant name Michael. Michael took over the deal. I told Michael I wanted to put a down payment on the car so no would purchase the car. He consulted with his sales manager Frank on how to proceed with the transaction. Michael stated that I would need to sign an option contract and put down payment on the car. I signed the option contract and put a down payment of 3500 dollars. The car was inspected on November 11, 2020, by my mechanic. The inspection results indicated an airbag recall and a sensor on one of the tires. Overall it was a simple fix. Michael was informed about the details of the inspection via phone on November 12, 2020. I also explained to him that the bank wouldn't proceed with the loan until this matter was fixed due to it being a safety issue. Michael assured me that the car couldn't be sold until the airbag recall was fix at the dealership. I contacted Michael on November 13, 2020, via phone the next day no response. I received a call on November 13, 2020, from Robert a sales manager. He explained that the car was sold the night before to a customer. I immediately drove to the dealership to seek answers. The NIGHTMARE was true. Michael stated that he put a sold sign on the car and parked the car on the lot. I looked to Frank a sales manager at Mossy Honda Lemon Grove for answers. According to Frank, the airbags were already fixed on the Honda CR-V 2011. I spoke to General Manager Darren Tass. He stated in the state of California a person must sign a vehicle contract and drive it away from the dealer's lot to be considered taking delivery. I simply said to him apparently your employees are not following the California guidelines. At the end of the day, my time was completely wasted. No individual should ever have to experience this horrific nightmare of dishonesty and unprofessionalism at any dealership. More
