Had a great experience in the service dept. I took my car to another dealership and they could not diagnose the problem so I was referred to Matt at Mossy Honda. After a lengthy phone conversat I took my car to another dealership and they could not diagnose the problem so I was referred to Matt at Mossy Honda. After a lengthy phone conversation with Matt I brought the car in and to my surprise found out Matt was not a service consultant at Mossy but instead he was the service Manager (normally you can never get ahold of a manager) Matt came out to my car and greeted me and introduced me to the shop foreman Gerry who went for a drive with me to try and duplicate my concern. After a short drive we were able to duplicate the issue and a replacement part was ordered for the vehicle. I was provided with a rental car during the repair and vehicle was ready as promise in 3 days. I appreciate the attention given to my concern and the fact that I was not just brushed off but actually got to speak with the manager. Thank you and Great job to Matt and his team! More
