The Service Department states they perform work on your car when in actuality they don’t. When I took my car in for an oil check and a multifunction safety check, they stated my engine and cabin air filte car when in actuality they don’t. When I took my car in for an oil check and a multifunction safety check, they stated my engine and cabin air filters needed replaced. I changed both filters per their recommendation after the previous oil change. The cabin air filter is located inside the glovebox. None of the items were moved inside the glovebox, hence, filter was never checked. On another occasion, they stated they checked the spare tire, hence, no items were moved in the trunk to gain access to the spare tire. When brought to the service technician’s attention, he never replied. Unfortunately I do not feel safe or trust this dealership to service my car. More
