I have been a loyal customer for Mossy Honda for quite few years by purchasing and or leasing many cars from them. But the last two we purchased one for my son Matthew and for his friend, they Cheated my few years by purchasing and or leasing many cars from them. But the last two we purchased one for my son Matthew and for his friend, they Cheated my son by giving him a Scratched Car even though they knew about it before my son drove it home about 12 miles only. This is not fair to make him leave the lot with this car even though he stated many times that he need a new one. At the end they forced him to bring the car after 3-4 days so he will not be able to exchange with a new one. It has been over 3 weeks and they still fixing the big Scratch plus they gave him a car to drive and it didn’t work after 1 day.. My son called the Corporate office and they said they will take care of it. We are waiting to see now. More
