Let me start by saying I am a female who took my daughter to look at/purchase the cars. I have purchased many cars at many dealerships and never had a great experience. We found a couple cars on the Honda of Lemon Grove website. Went to the location and dealt with Alex OG and Cesar. What an amazing duo!! I was wondering the whole time when it would start getting ugly. Not once. They were honest and answered all my tough questions without hesitation. We purchased one of the cars. Even though the car was used, it was pristine. Upon delivery of the car, they washed the car, had the gas filled up ( something I have always had to demand from dealerships, to fill up the gas tank). Of course the purchasing of a car takes forever.. we were there until 11:30 pm to complete the purchase! Cesar didn't complain once. He stayed with us until the end. My daughter is so happy with the car. It eased my mind that Cesar gave us bis cell number and asked us to contact him immediately if there are any issues with the car. I can honestly say this was the best experience purchasing a car at a dealership. If you go to this dealership, i would definitely recommend Alex OG and Cesar!! More
