I have had a great experience with Mossy Ford--from the initial lease of my vehicle, regular service appointments and then the vehicle purchase. I am very disappointed in this dealership I have like many trucks and cars since 1989 today I took my 2010 grand Marquis for a check up. They charge $500 for a diagnostic of two things. They checked my check engine light they found a few things that needed to be done which I expected they try to charge me $6500 for parts and labor. I ended up taking my car immediately for a second check at a different place, they charged me a quarter of that $1400 for all the they wanted to do plus the company called the Ford company for a part which they buy parts from Massi Ford charges $100 over what another Ford company sells for a special pipe or hose some thing. I am very disappointed. I will share every day my horrible experience so even though I’m out almost $600 that’s just for checking to see what is wrong with my car. That’s called a diagnostic horrible the other company I took my car to did not charge me for a diagnostic. They said there’s no charge whether I get my work done there or not Massi Ford you are horrible. I’m so sad and I’m so disappointed in you shame on you you are not part of pacific beach or part of San Diego you are a rip off. More
I have a Ford Fusion Hybrid and the AC was showing a problem with the fan like it was losing power with the level of speed 1 until 4. I dropped off my car with them on Monday morning at the first time. On Thursday they called me and said my car was ready to pickup. They said the modem of the AC required an update what I had approved. I picked up the car and after two hours driving the same problem showed up. I contacted them again we settled up the day and time to check what is going on. I dropped the car and this time they said I could wait there. After three hours they said they had to replace the Blower Resistor because the first mechanic didn’t replace this part with the original part from Ford. I said alright go forward. They gave me back the car and the similar part so I could ask for the refund. After one hour driving the AC showed up the exactly problem like before. I recorded a video and email them and I am still waiting for an answer. More
