The only poor part of the encounter was that although I had previously emailed that my speech was poor therefore I was emailing my concerns, my sales rep had not been given my email, so attempted--unpleasantly for both of us--to communicate by speech until I insisted that he retrieve my email. After that it was "smooth sailing." Also I might add--and this does note involve only Mossy Ford--that rather than the buyer having to negotiate a price, a fair (say a TrueCar price) and non-negotiable price is listed (similar to the posted price in virtually every other type of store).
