Absolutely loved my experience with Jimmy! I went to Mossy because I needed a replacement car as my car was totaled :-( As everyone else does, I'm sure, I Googled Mossy Ford. Aspecially Jimmy Naranjo. He helped us, he listened to exactly what I wanted and never pressured or hassled us at all. He found exact car we were needed. He walked us through the process from our first visit, to getting aditional parts installed on our car. He even letting us take a picture in front of our new car at Mossy Ford Dealler. I have never seen so high level of servise. This is our first Ford from Mossy Ford and it for sure won't be our last!
