I explained to him my needs and budget. Knowing what car you want/need is very stressful but I felt very at ease with Jimmy. He was not pushy and was most helpful when it came to my concerns. Having a friendly staff, this man really stood out. He showed me vehicles I may be intrested in when we finally came to an agreement that a fusion would be most suitable for me. Not only was he receptive when it came to my concerns, he was intrested in finding me the best deal possible. Having such vast product knowledge on each vehicle, I was impressed.
