I’d like to share that my experience was not good! I bought a 2023 F150 Raptor. Truck was delivered with scratches on the glass and paint. The truck was driven to me to Palm Springs from San Diego, so I bought a 2023 F150 Raptor. Truck was delivered with scratches on the glass and paint. The truck was driven to me to Palm Springs from San Diego, so it had just over 100 miles on it the day I took delivery of it. Two days later the truck started to have issues, it started shaking and the check engine light came with several messages on the information screen. It also had a very loud rattle coming from the bed. I contacted the dealership “Mossy Ford” to address the issue and explain that I wasn’t comfortable with a truck I just bought that was just shy of $100k. A few days later they sent a tow truck to pick up the truck so they can have the service department look at the truck, I continued to express that I was not comfortable with all the little issues the truck has with less than 200 miles on the truck. They found that the exhaust was installed incorrectly from the factory that they were going to replace it, and unfortunately that they could not get the truck to duplicate they excessive shaking that I recorded on my phone. I was finally able to get ahold of Cole the “GM’ from mossy Ford. Which I’m not sure why they have him there as a GM, he gives you false information every time you talk to him. Promises to call you back and never does. I was promised that he would contact Ford and have them buy the truck back because in his own words said the truck was a piece of Sh…t and needed to go back to Ford. That is wasn’t going to go back on the lot that Ford had lowered the quality of production since they couldn’t keep up with the demand. Cole also promised I would get the truck I traded in back and assured me I had nothing to worry about. A few days later I see the truck I traded in on the website for sale. I contacted him and he again assured me that the truck was put to the side that once he resolved the issue with Ford I would get the truck I traded in back. I found out a few days after they sold the truck , another one of Cole’s lies. After 2 weeks of back and forth very stressed about the whole situation Cole Basically told me he needed to return the truck back to me since they couldn’t do anything else at the dealership and to contact Ford about a lemon buy back, which again was never mentioned, he cleaned stated that he would contact Ford and get things resolved and promised to get me back into my old truck. So this past Saturday September 2nd I got the truck back, now with just Over 400 miles on it probably from them test driving it. I got into the truck today to follow my wife down to the Lexus dealership to have her car dropped off for service and on my way back from picking her up the A/C stops working, so I call Cole again on his cell phone number which he provided so that if I ever need anything in the future to not hesitate to reach out to him, more lies of his. I called and Texted him asking for him to please call me ASAP! He called me back 30 minutes later screaming at me saying to not call him every again on his cell that there is nothing he can do and to call Ford! This is the GM of the store, how do you talk to someone that spent almost $100k on a truck. I can’t wrap my mind around this. I am so disturbed by the way he handed the whole situation, he was so unprofessional to talk to a customer that is so frustrated and has had nothing but issues literally since day one by even delivering the truck to me with scratched windows and paint. They should have addressed those before selling the truck. So now the truck sits again at the dealership for who knows how long! What a disappointment that we as a consumer should have to be put under so much stress. More

Service team was very upfront on waiting time for car to be serviced, and saved me two weeks of rental fees from my original appt. Contacted me when they were ready to look at it, and held my spot until I c be serviced, and saved me two weeks of rental fees from my original appt. Contacted me when they were ready to look at it, and held my spot until I could get there the next day. Stood by their word and covered last 3 days of rental because service took longer then they originally said. Great department. More
