Bought my daughter a car in November. Sales price was agreed upon at $11,000. Trade-in was $1,500, and I put $6,500 down. The finance guy made a mistake on my first contract and re-wrote it, adding in al agreed upon at $11,000. Trade-in was $1,500, and I put $6,500 down. The finance guy made a mistake on my first contract and re-wrote it, adding in all these warranties and features we specifically asked him not to include. He did four hard credit inquiries, which was ridiculous and harmed my credit. Somehow I wound up owing thousands more than we agreed to. When I got the paperwork from the lender and saw the mistakes, I called Mossy several times and was told each time that they would look into it and get back to me. It’s been nine months and I had to call my attorney last week after yet another call went unreturned. I am incredibly disappointed in “Magic Mike,” who seemed like he really cared about us at first, and in the financing department, who compounded their mistake (??) by failing to take care of it, despite admitting that they had screwed up and promising to rectify the situation. More
