I arrived a few minutes early for my 8 am appointment and pulled up behind a car I didn't realize had no driver. To be honest, the service started bad. The Quick Lane older advisor was condescending and implied that we don’t take care of our vehicles because they hadn’t been to Mossy before (we just moved to San Di older advisor was condescending and implied that we don’t take care of our vehicles because they hadn’t been to Mossy before (we just moved to San Diego), and that we couldn’t afford the services (we just asked what the price was). After letting him know he was being offensive, he just hung up on us. Fortunately, the dealership service manager caught wind of this and called us to see what he could do. He explained how this isn’t the way they do things. In short, he sincerely apologized and asked that we give them another chance. He really went above and beyond. My recommendation is to skip the Quick Lane for any services and just go to the other side of the bay for service. Mossy is great and the Quick Lane is a blemish on an otherwise quality establishment. More

Decent service, got an oil change at Quick Lane and it was done in 2 hours (not so quick). Dropped off my other vehicle when picking up this one and was told 2 hours, ended up staying overnight.
