I did not have an appointment, my Escape had nails in my rear tires, David Lee took me in on Emergency appointment and replaced my tires while I waited. My Escape is a Fleet Vehicle and he called WHEELS and rear tires, David Lee took me in on Emergency appointment and replaced my tires while I waited. David has a efficient and polite manner about him, he knows how to take care of unexpected emergencies, he could have put me at the end of the day but somehow worked me in without affecting his regular work flow.
