That was the surprise, that I didn't need to purchase anything extra. I was amazed. He said it would take about an hour and it did. I will definitely use the mobile service again and I would highly recommend it to anyone. It is much better than going to the dealer, waiting to check in, waiting for the service, waiting to check out, waiting for them to bring my car up. They can't do everything but any normal maintenance, it is a breeze. More
