Terrible customer service for scheduled checkup/oil change. Didn’t call when car was ready, answer texts, or voicemails. Finally went to pick up the car after 4 hours and only the receptionist at 1:30 change. Didn’t call when car was ready, answer texts, or voicemails. Finally went to pick up the car after 4 hours and only the receptionist at 1:30 and a mechanic listening to music with his AirPods. No service after sale. Never again will we buy here. Have never had good service. I should’ve learned after the first one. Love my car, but not Moss Motors. More

The service provided was great. I came in and waited for it to be completed. It was done within an hour and I was on my way.
