I came to the dealership in the midst of the Covid 19 Pandemic and my Salesman was Chad Trotti. He was very respectful in maintaining social distancing. I originally picked out a 400 Series and he discussed its options and let me test drive it. When I made my final selection, of a 2020 BMW 530i Sedan, he patiently explained all the options in detail. He called my husband and I by name which made the experience very personable. One one occasion we popped in to talk to Chad, but it was his day off. Robert Ray, Sales Manager, took the time to discuss the different models with us and walked us out on the grounds to view them. He helped us select the perfect BMW that my husband and I both agreed upon. He also discussed extended warranty and the maintenance program. Richard Ray, Finance Manage, was very patient in negotiating a price that was satisfactory to us and I appreciate his determination to make the experience a pleasant one. My husband is not always easy to negotiate with, but Mr. Ray's professionalism was outstanding. Overall, I rate the team I dealt with as a very professional group and eager to make us happy.
