Sales Professional I found a BMW with exactly the options I wanted at Moss, but it was 6 hours from where I live. I called Michelle Newland specifically because she had such high ratings online. Well she certainly lived up to her reputation. She put together a lease that convinced me it was worth the drive down to Lafayette. The transaction was super easy (No surprises or pressure sales tactics at all)! Once the paperwork was completed she spent nearly two hours reviewing all of the technical and electronic details on the car.
