Staff that I worked with wasn’t too friendly at all. I gave the rating that I did due to the unfriendly behavior of the staff that assisted me with my very first service needed. I own very nice vehicles I gave the rating that I did due to the unfriendly behavior of the staff that assisted me with my very first service needed. I own very nice vehicles Infiniti, Audi , Mercedes and now BMW as well and the service that I received from Infiniti and Audi has been 4 stars every visit. I work in the banking industry and using a customers name during the interaction means a lot you feel appreciated. But just to be talked to like you don’t matter and told to sign papers and not get a receipt is crazy plus you don’t even get a loaner car even if you ask. I have an expensive vehicle I expect 4 star service every time I visit the dealership. And I feel that your vehicle should be cleaned after a service as well. More
