Service When I bought the Rav 4 we bought the extended service plan. I thought that included routine maintenance. There vans had the free lifetime oil changes When I bought the Rav 4 we bought the extended service plan. I thought that included routine maintenance. There vans had the free lifetime oil changes advertised all over them . I was shocked when my wife took it in for the oil change and the said we had to pay for it. After I spoke with several people there I purchased the Toyota care plus plan that covers up to 45000 miles. I expected the oil changes for life. Especially since you advertised them on your vans and a billboard at the time I purchased the vehicle. I’ve always drove Fords, but I decided to get a Toyota. I like the Rav4, just disappointed about the service charge. More

Excellent Service Took my truck in for an oil change and 30K Maint. Service was excellent, they had free donuts and coffee and very comfortable waiting area. Fast WiFi so I could actually work on my laptop while waiting. Minor hiccup with tires being rotated but Craig Suchil was very accomodating. They really do try to make your experience a great one unlike other dealers I've dealt with. More
