Then I went to see what he purchased, and they had over 3k in upsells that they the salesman stated he Must have. GPS Tracking? Thats not needed. Alarm? Care package? Gap Insurance? Wow. Good think I went with my son for a Full refund. Very shady. I dont care how long Moss Bros. has been in business, they have shady people from the sales to the sales manager. Buyer be very very aware and look at each line item. What topped it off, is the sales managers said, we had to sign a new agreement before we could see it. More

Very dissatisfied with how I was taken advantage of. I drove 30 miles to buy a new camry after I was told they had the car I wanted to find out that they all of a sudden no long had it. I drove away paying thousands of dollars more because of the dishonety of your sales person. I partly blame my self for trusting. Now I'm stuck with features l really don't need or wan. I've owned Toyota's since 1969 and have never been dissatisfied with the dealers I purchase the vehicle from until now. I don't think I will ever deal with Moss Bro Toyota in the Future. More

A week ago I took my 2011 Toyota Camry to the dealership for regular Maintenance service, Alignment and tire balancing. Three hours later after waiting, I picked up my car to notice that my wheels were shaking. I call back to inform them and they told me to bring it back the next day which was Tuesday. I stated to them that if you did a balance and alignment how come you didn't notice that my tires were OUT OF BALANCE!! They stated that they would look at it and concluded that my wheels were BADD!! So later that day after completing a REALLY BADD SURVEY online, I get a return call from the Service Manager Keith "telling me that he want's to make it right" Bring the car back and remove the BAD REVIEW and would give me my refund if they could not fix the issue. So he claimed to take my car somewhere to have my wheels checked out, but that was a lie. My Wheels were never rotated and the balance weights were never removed. I then returned to pick up my vehicle and I told me that my wheels were badd and that I have a bend in them. I then schedule a BALANCING appointment with AMERICAN TIRES and LES SCHWAB. To find out that neither my TIRES nor my WHEELS were BAD!! The Service Department don't care about you or your car and don't double check their work. IT sucks!! that Moss BROS is the closest Toyota to me, but going forward I will drive to West Covina or Riverside for better customer service. After having my car REBLANCED and REALIGNED by another company, I will love for Toyota to ask me to bring it back in so they can drive it with the same wheels and tires (NO SHAKING)!! Fire ALL of your SERVICE TECHS!! they suck, And they don't have to Toyota's best interests. They're taking people's Hard earned money and not performing the service. More
Flat tire I have a 2019 Rav 4 that got a flat at 4:30 in the afternoon. Auto club did not have the lug nut tools nor did I. The following day I contacted Moss I have a 2019 Rav 4 that got a flat at 4:30 in the afternoon. Auto club did not have the lug nut tools nor did I. The following day I contacted Moss Bros and they helped solve the problem with the tow company. The tow was made that evening with a night drop off. The tire was replaced because of the damage to the side wall. They sent their shuttle to pick me up even though I am out of the shuttle area. 1:p.m. I was on my way back home. Moss Bros service department was awesome! More
