Seem that because the car is pre-owned the dealer doesn't want to help you fix with what's wrong with the car!! Bad seat,car pulls to the right.!! I thought that by the car being cirtified, I would get a good running car with no questions asked!! Not at all!! They said that the car needed to be alined !! And I would have to pay to fix it!! Also,the seat still rocking back and forth when they I picked up my car!!! After taking i it in for repair!! And the car was delivered to me,with the same problem!! In for level 1 maintenance on my 2015 Honda Accord and asked if the technician could look at the driver side door because of excessive wind noise. When I arrived back from lunch the tech was standing by to do a road test with me to see if we could replicate the noise. Although the wind noise wasn't 100% gone it was greatly reduced. The tech explained everything he had done and offered other possible fixes that I could try. I was treated with respect and felt like my mechanical issues were taken seriously. More
