Crooks Bought a brand new 2014 Honda Accord and the battery died in 1 year. Took it back to Moss Bros Honda in Moreno Valley and they replaced it with anoth Bought a brand new 2014 Honda Accord and the battery died in 1 year. Took it back to Moss Bros Honda in Moreno Valley and they replaced it with another one year warranty battery without informing me. Now battery died just short of one year and now it's no longer under warranty and they charge me $130.00 taxes not calculated, for an 8 year warranty battery. When asked why can't I get a 3 or 5 year battery I'm told, "we don't sell 3 or 5 year batteries, only 8 year". If that's the case why didn't they put an 8 year battery in the car from the start or at least a year ago! CROOKS! I DO NOT RECOMMEND. More

Buying a new Accord I have bought 7 Honda's in a row now and the last three (including this 2017 Accord V-6 EXL with nav and sensing) was my best experience and least hag I have bought 7 Honda's in a row now and the last three (including this 2017 Accord V-6 EXL with nav and sensing) was my best experience and least haggling as Moss honored their internet quote which I found to be the best quote of all surrounding Honda dealers. All other dealers exclude dealer add Ons driving the internet price several thousand dollars higher. The sales experience was very smooth. More
