The dealership itself is great. I had a good experience when purchasing my car. However, after purchasing my car, there was a noise that I kept hearing and when I finally was able t I had a good experience when purchasing my car. However, after purchasing my car, there was a noise that I kept hearing and when I finally was able to take it back to find out what it was I was not happy with the outcome. The struts needed replacement and the extended warranty that I purchased when I bought the car did not cover all of that service. I was told I would only have to pay $100. When I came to pick up my car, the bill was close to $400. I didn't receive a phone call beforehand to tell me that so it was a shock to the system. I am on a fixed income, having to pay Medicare and other bills and that was a lot for me. Since the noise was happening since I purchased the vehicle, I was kind of hoping they would fix it without me being responsible. It should've been something that was taken care of before I purchased the vehicle. More
