Great Service and Friendliness! I work graveyards and stopped at Moss Honda in Moreno Valley after my shift and waited for my appointment time with Martin and his General Sales Manag I work graveyards and stopped at Moss Honda in Moreno Valley after my shift and waited for my appointment time with Martin and his General Sales Manager Rudy. There initially was some confusion as to what vehicles were actually at the dealership since their online inventory spans all of their properties and not just that specific one, but nonetheless, Martin and Rudy were extremely kind and professional in helping me get the car that I left with, and also recognized the fact I am very introverted and did not want to ring a bell, ding a gong, or otherwise draw attention to my purchase, just wanting to get the purchase done as low key as possible, as soon as possible, and drive my new "son" home. Rudy and his Finance Manager were AMAZING in getting me the deal I wanted, with the down payment I wanted. I did not think it was possible, but after they did their thing, they came back with a deal that was even LESS than the Maximum I was willing to pay! Now THAT'S customer service! Also, after my purchase was complete, there was the issue of getting my newly purchased vehicle home, since I was using a family member's car that day. The team at Moss Honda did not have to do what they did, but I drove my borrowed car home, my salesman drove my purchased car home, and a lot porter took a used vehicle from inventory and followed us all to my house so the salesman could get a ride home. Talk about a great experience and amazing customer service I will definitely use this dealership again! All said and done, total time was about 4 hours I was there, give or take a few minutes.
