I test drove one model and after 6 hours of back and forth with the finance...(we went in with a preapproved loan from credit union) &(credit score of 720) they bring out the lower model. They took out the spare tire. No c.d player ...oh I don't need one I have syris lie. I dont need a spare I have lifetime roadside assistance..lie. I have to buy lowjack and the environmental protection cause it's already on the car...lie they called me two weeks later saying they need to reapply. They sold me a $3,000 warranty that they refuse to give me paperwork they still won't have no paperwork on it they said that Chevy's warranty didn't cover anything but in fact Chevy's warranty is comprehensive the salesperson Raj was incredibly disrespectful to Native Americans they had a family that came in and they were paying cash for a car he continually made jokes to us which was super uncomfortable to ask to stop but also to his co-workers who did laugh like it was the normal thing for them to just be disrespectful to minorities calling them stupid for paying cash saying how ignorant they are and that he feels sorry for them More

First and foremost the salesmen lie to their customers in order to get a sale. Their most famous lie is that if you purchase a car from them you will get lifetime free oil changes. Absolutely not true! Also, I found out that I was over charged for my car which probably covers the cost of the oil changes. Not only that, their attitudes suck! Talk about miserable service workers. My latest experience was that I went in to get an oil change and was turned away because I did not get the recommended service from them the last time I got an oil change. Went to get an oil change somewhere else and was told that who ever did my last oil change stripped my oil pan. WOW! Went back to dealership to have them inspect. No inspection. I was told that it was going to cost me $880 for a new oil pan. This is the worst dealership I have ever done business with. More
