I asked to start purchase on a Thursday didn't get a reply until Saturday then had an appointment made but then got on-site to find they sold car and didn't say a word. Then was told the appointment the sakes person made wouldn't have happened because he had off that day. More

I can't share enough about our experience with the Lexus side and our service rep Don. He was wonderful and spoke very kindly. Kept me updated along the way which made the process a bit easier since I had a side and our service rep Don. He was wonderful and spoke very kindly. Kept me updated along the way which made the process a bit easier since I had a toddler in tow. I got my service video and the tech spoke clearly providing suggestions which was good to know. The Service site itself was clean and even the construction site was picked up. There was a great kid's room, the bathrooms were very clean, and great vending options with free coffee. I was done much sooner than expected. Our service in Texas had set the bar pretty high for others, but I felt this experience was pretty comparable, just minus the Starbucks ;) More

I took my vehicle to you because I’m tired. We had a baby, I don’t have the amount of free time I had before his arrival. My blinker on the driver still out, don’t worry, I got that too. My ride height adjusters are messed up still, don’t worry they arrived already, I’ll install that. You had my car for a week, gave me a loaner with chocolate on the seats that I cleaned for you, maybe you have an obese person that likes to eat when they clean the cars up between customers. Perhaps you didn’t clean it at all? Your bathroom was gross, I wouldn’t allow it to be in my humble home, needs detailed, the grout lines looked moldy. Your waiting area is sad. Did you know Butler Lexus in Macon Georgia has free soda and water for patrons waiting on service. Did you know your floors look like advanced auto parts? They needed polished. Nothing about you guys said Lexus to me but the price for nothing. You agreed to send me my checkout fee of $120, that’s neglecting the fact that I paid for services not rendered, I also now have to spend extra time to install the parts you could have just done your pathetic job and installed. I saved money for this trip and had hopes of getting it fixed to rest from the headache of finding time to work on it. You disrespect a ton of people it appears. How many didn’t bother putting a review on here? Do you enjoy being laughed at by people? Haha, I bet you do lol! You act like xxxx, you think people will just accept your dirtbag attitude, I’d take you out to the trash can and wait for the truck to pick you up. If Lexus or Toyota (that’s right, both big nice name brands) wanted a better job done I’d let some folks go and start from basically nothing and get a respectable business built. You guys are degrading to Lexus and Toyota. So sad that old folks and young folks get ripped off by you. Your greedy, selfish, disgusting self satisfying nature, much like a highly addicted drug addict so blinded by what they desire it doesn’t matter who they harm. Maybe you guys should try to be a team or just practice paying attention. Your service desk people have no clue what’s going on anywhere else, they have no clue who’s supposed to be where and when, if things were ordered or not, they were so sad and clueless looking, that’s right Jennifer and medium height balding white guy, you looked at the customers like “Why are you here?” What business does that, makes the customers feel like an inconvenience. If you can’t do your job correct, quit and go bag groceries, it’s easy enough for people like you. Get involved in learning everything you can about making it better there or leave if you have no desire. You’re running a good brand into the ground. People like you don’t deserve business, you don’t deserve to breathe in my opinion but I come from very strong military roots. You can’t be a piece of garbage and not expect to be tossed in the trash, I’m still working on how to come about it, but I don’t think the name Moses needs to be anywhere on a business if it’s not a good hearted business. Let’s not forget I’m a 100% disabled veteran who knows when I’m being lied to, as an empath you drove me through suicidal thoughts because dirt bags shouldn’t work at Lexus, losers shouldn’t be allowed to have that job, you probably don’t care. You probably don’t believe me, but I nearly ended my life because I’m so tired of people like you. This state is full of people that without them, it would be closer to almost heaven as a state. I’m disgusted to think that you get away with this xxxx on the daily. Something has to give and you guys will close your doors. I’m pressing for it, personal injury lawyers is my next step because now I’m having to do it all myself anyway after you robbed me of $250. Sick sick sick, so detestable, so grotesque in your nature. I’ll be seeing you again, probably across the way in court or perhaps my messages to Lexus and Toyota can get me your job and I’ll message these people back on here and set them up to bring their business to a place that’s decent. Decent to all people because we all stem from one anyway. There’s not enough words to explain how gross your behavior is after reading review after review of the same. You people gotta go. Terrible experience, save your time and go to another dealership even if it is a further drive. Visited the dealership on 12/29/20 and found a RX350 to purchase. Was told it would be cleaned up and ready to go. When I showed up the vehicle wasn’t ready and was surprised to see the price had increased. Yes Increased. The sales manager said it was a “Christmas Glitch” with the price and wouldn’t even consider honoring the price that we had a screenshot of from the prior night. ($2;600 increase). Basically a complete waste of time. This is a very dishonest dealership with questionable business ethics. Being the only Lexus dealership in the state of WV, I would be interested to see if this happens to others. Save your time and go to another Lexus dealer where ethics and honesty actually are valued. More
Service center is terrible I have taken my Lexus to the dealership twice for service. Both times have been sub par. Not only can they not get the appointment times correct they I have taken my Lexus to the dealership twice for service. Both times have been sub par. Not only can they not get the appointment times correct they never have a working bathroom for the folks waiting. The last visit I asked to speak to the manager, when I gave him the feedback he said well then why do you come to this dealer. Save yourself some trouble and go to Germain in Columbus. More
NOT THE SAME AS WHEN LOVE LEXUS! - Poor Sales Service Went yesterday to have a trade in evaluated for a new vehicle purchase. I was asked to make an appt. for this so that sales mgr. would be present wit Went yesterday to have a trade in evaluated for a new vehicle purchase. I was asked to make an appt. for this so that sales mgr. would be present with the sales rep to expedite, which I did. I asked for the vehicle I was interested in to be cleaned up and ready to go for me to evaluate while I was there as my spouse had not yet seen. Received a reminder call about the appt. and to please cancel if unable to attend. When I arrived on time for my appt., vehicle I was interested in not there (still being cleaned) and I was kept waiting for about 40 min with my trade in still being evaluated. At that time they still couldn't tell me what trade in value would be. Left and asked to be called with info; About an hour later, I was given a call with an offer; we were still fairly far apart and I asked for a counter offer. THAT WAS THE END! Never received even the courtesy of another call! Cost them 2 sales because my spouse was in the market for a new ES 350 also! More
