Poor customer service. I purchased a car back in June 2015 without any issues. Left a happy customer, until I got my credit report. They had ran my credit through 4 banks wi I purchased a car back in June 2015 without any issues. Left a happy customer, until I got my credit report. They had ran my credit through 4 banks without my permission. I have called the sales manager and the owner. The sales manger told me he would call back with a plan of action and that was two weeks ago. I've left messages for the owner as well and have yet to get a call back. More
