I had previously purchased a new Ford Escape from Moses Ford and had a great buying experience with that. Recently, I saw a CPO BMW 328i xDrive and decided to talk to the BMW staff. I originally talked to Aaron then completed the deal with Meghan. The negotiation process went smoothly, and I ended up at a deal that was comparable to what I could've gotten in a larger city. After finalizing the deal, Meghan and staff worked quickly and efficiently to fix a couple small items on the car then prep it for delivery. When I picked it up, I was expecting the "Here's the keys, goodbye" treatment since I wasn't purchasing a brand-new model. However, Meghan went through all paperwork very thoroughly and presented everything to me in an organized folder (including a copy of the CPO warranty info, maintenance records, copy of the CarFax, and roadside assistance information). She and another associate then took me out to the car, explained the features, even paired my iPhone with the handsfree system for me (I'm not technologically impaired but it was nice to be taken care of). I was excited about my first BMW but I think the staff was even more enthusiastic and happy for me. Overall, I was treated incredibly well and professionally. As I said before, I also had a previous positive experience with the Ford side, so I can wholeheartedly recommend Moses of St. Albans. I'm now trying to talk my partner into buying a Fiat from their other St. Albans franchise. More

In late October 2013, I purchased a new 2013 BMW 528i xdrive from Moses BMW. Although I normally dread the process of buying a new car, I had a wonderful purchase experience working with Andrew at Mose xdrive from Moses BMW. I have lived in Nitro, WV my entire life up until a recent job promotion and transfer required me to relocate to Saint Augustine, FL. Following the move of my family, I decided that because of great relations and treatment, when the time arrived, I would return from Florida to St. Albans, WV to meet with Jamie Lewis and Moses Ford to purchase a new vehicle. This reasoning was based upon multiple vehicle purchases over the years I have made with Moses and, specifically Mr. Lewis. Because of his always honest, fair and friendly treatment, I have decided that regardless of distance, I will only deal with Jamie Lewis on ALL vehicle purchases. Well, the time arrived in October 2013 to purchase a new vehicle and, as mentioned, this is in fact what my wife and I did by driving from Saint Augustine, FL to St. Albans, WV to meet with and deal with Moses Ford and Jamie Lewis. My wife absolutely loved her 2009 Ford Edge purchased from Moses and wanted a 2013 Ford Edge as a replacement. I contacted Jamie prior to our travels and he arranged for me to work with Jim Marshall, one of Moses sales associates. After looking over their lot and and Jim checking inventory at other locations, as always, Jamie and his sales staff went out of their way to accommodate my wants and needs to find the vehicle which fit our criteria. Without any stress or headaches, we quickly made a no hassle deal with Jamie, Jim and Moses Ford that was more than fair and one which could not be matched anywhere in the US! My wife and I have spoken about Moses Ford and specifically Jamie Lewis on many occasions prior to this recent purchase as well as after. Because of our comfort with him and his display of a genuinely pleasant attitude, love of his job and ethics we continue returning to Moses Ford and have referred multiple family and friends to Moses as well. With employees like Jamie Lewis and Jim Marshall on the staff of Moses Ford, I will remain a lifetime customer, even if it requires I drive 800 miles to by a car from you!
