A truly seamless experience in auto purchasing I was treated in a very professional, courteous, and friendly manner. Upon requesting an opportunity to take the vehicle for a drive, David's immediat I was treated in a very professional, courteous, and friendly manner. Upon requesting an opportunity to take the vehicle for a drive, David's immediate response was "absolutely". I was pleasantly stunned when trusted to go alone. There was no heavy pressure during the initial "look over" of the desired vehicle nor during my question phase prior to settling terms. During the final "paper work" phase, Chip spoke clearly and never "rushed" through any one of the documents. His work space was neat and I was comfortable in that none of my paperwork would be lost or confused with another customer. He answered all questions thoroughly and provided needed "think" time for decision making. The customer conference area provided a very welcoming environment and was exceptionally clean considering the lateness of a Saturday evening. The two gentlemen made my vehicle purchase experience an extremely pleasant one!! More
